Our service area is defined by a 60-minute drive from Parowan, and we have included the travel expenses within this area in our flat rate pricing. For locations outside of this service area, we’re still happy to help, but we need to account for the additional time, resources, and opportunity costs. In most cases, we can create a waiting list for nearby appointments to help offset these costs. Please see below for more details on trip charges.
For individuals and businesses located further outside these specified areas, we would be glad to serve you as a customer. However, we would need to develop a tailored solution that addresses the resources and efforts required to provide our services. Feel free to reach out to us by phone or email for more information.
No Trip Charge
There is no trip charge for residents and businesses in Washington, Iron, and Beaver Counties, as well as the communities between Marysvale and Orderville on Hwy 89. These areas are included in our flat rate pricing!
$100 Trip Charge
We charge $100 for trips to communities in and around Fillmore, Richfield, Monroe, Koosharem, Antimony and Tropic. The Trip Charge may be waived if we can arrange an additional appointment with a neighbor nearby.
$200 Trip Charge
We charge a $200 fee for trips to the following locations: Delta, Ephraim, Manti, Loa, Torrey, Boulder, Escalante, and Kanab. However, this fee may be waived if we can arrange an additional appointment with a neighbor nearby. By coordinating with others in the area, we can help lower costs and make the trip more efficient.
