Southern Utah Chimney Sweep proudly serves homeowners and businesses throughout Southern Utah, including Washington, Iron, and Beaver counties, as well as communities along the US-89 corridor.
We include travel expenses in our flat-rate pricing throughout our standard service area, so there are no additional trip charges for these locations.
Located outside our regular service area? We may still be able to help! For more distant communities, trip charges may apply, but we can often coordinate appointments with other nearby jobs to help reduce travel costs.

No Trip Charge
There is no trip charge for residents and businesses in Washington, Iron, and Beaver Counties, as well as the communities between Marysvale and Orderville on Hwy 89. These areas are included in our flat rate pricing!
$100 Trip Charge
We charge $100 for trips to communities in and around Fillmore, Richfield, Monroe, Koosharem, Antimony and Tropic. The Trip Charge may be waived if we can arrange an additional appointment with a neighbor nearby.
$200 Trip Charge
We charge a $200 fee for trips to the following locations: Delta, Ephraim, Manti, Loa, Torrey, Boulder, Escalante, and Kanab. However, this fee may be waived if we can arrange an additional appointment with a neighbor nearby. By coordinating with others in the area, we can help lower costs and make the trip more efficient.
